Lettuce - Miniko (300 Seeds)
The "Individual" Iceberg – Crunchy, Compact, and Perfect for Small Spaces.
Miniko is the ultimate "mini" Iceberg lettuce, specifically bred for gardeners with limited space or those who prefer a fresh, single-meal harvest. These delightful mini-heads typically weigh between 280g and 350g, providing just the right amount of crisp, crunchy lettuce for a single family salad without the waste associated with larger supermarket varieties.
Each pack contains 300 seeds, allowing for multiple successional sowings throughout the growing season. Miniko is a versatile performer, maturing reliably in spring, summer, or autumn. Its compact growth habit makes it a star for small vegetable plots, raised beds, or patio containers, offering all the satisfying crunch of a standard Iceberg but in a more manageable and flavourful package.

Gardener’s Tip: To achieve the best germination during the peak of summer, place your seed packet in the fridge overnight before sowing the next day. This cooling period mimics a "false spring" and helps break seed dormancy in hot weather. Keep the plants well-watered to maintain the succulence and prevent the leaves from becoming bitter.
