PM 95 Land‑Reclamation & Infertile Soil Seed Mix (with Ryegrass)

PM 95 with Rye is a rugged land‑reclamation seed mixture designed for challenging sites such as landfills, quarries, spoil‑heaps and other areas with infertile, drought‑prone or acid/alkaline soils. It combines a nurse crop of tetraploid perennial ryegrass for rapid establishment with hardy fine grasses (slender creeping red fescue, hard fescue, crested dogstail, browntop bent) and a small proportion of clover/trefoil species to provide ground‑cover stability, root strength and resilience to environmental stress. The ryegrass gives early cover and soil binding, while the fine grasses establish into a long‑term, low‑input sward tolerant of poor soil conditions, making PM 95 with Rye ideal for reclamation projects needing a quick start and lasting, sustainable turf.
