Sowing & Growing Instructions

Sowing Indoors (Under Glass):

• When: February to March.

• Method: Sow seeds into pots or trays of seed-sowing compost at a temperature of 15–20°C. Lightly cover with a sprinkling of vermiculite or compost. Once large enough to handle, prick out into individual modules and grow on until ready to harden off and plant out.

Sowing Outdoors:

• When: April to July.

• Method: Sow thinly along rows 1.5cm deep, leaving 30cm between plants and rows. Thin seedlings once they are large enough to handle.

Top Tip: This variety holds its quality well in the garden, but for a continuous supply, sow small batches every 3 weeks. It is particularly well-suited for planting in flower borders where its decorative spots can be fully appreciated.
