PM 90 Coastal is a specialist turf seed mixture from the Masterline Landscapes & Lawns range, formulated for coastal sites, seaside parks, slopes and exposed areas where salt‑laden winds and salinity challenge turf survival. The mix includes 4Turf® tetraploid perennial ryegrass for rapid establishment and improved salt tolerance, together with creeping red fescues (slender and strong), hard fescue, salt‑tolerant saltmarsh grass and a small portion of creeping bent — delivering a robust sward that tolerates salt spray, wind exposure and coastal conditions.
