Sowing & Growing Instructions

Sowing Indoors (Under Glass):

• When: Late January to March.

• Method: Sow in modular trays or greenhouse borders for an early spring crunch. Maintain a temperature of 15–20°C for quick, even germination.

Sowing Outdoors:

• When: March to September.

• Method: Sow thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm deep, with 15–30cm between rows. Radishes do not transplant well, so sow them directly where they are to grow.

Top Tip: For the best flavor and texture, harvest when they are no bigger than your thumb. Water regularly during dry spells to prevent them from becoming "woody" or overly spicy.
