All year round. Harvest in 4–6 days.

Where to Sow

In a salad sprouter, large jar covered with muslin or with holes in the lid, or spread on a linen/cotton cloth.

What to Do Next

Soak seeds in water for 8 hours. Place in your sprouter, jar or spread on a cloth. Moisten with an atomizer 5–6 times daily for the first 3–4 days, then 2–3 times until fully germinated (8–10 days). Keep at room temperature in good light. Clean hulls from seeds before serving. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
